Dr. Trotter: Each and every day, I have an opportunity to help people and to, you know, change their lives. I also get a big sense of gratification when I'm able to do something that most dentists can't do, or I couldn't even do five years ago without the technology that I have now. Patient 1: I have this smile, and I have it because of Dr. Trotter and all the work that he's done, the perfection he's into, and just making sure that my dental health, hygiene, in all aspects, have been fulfilled. Nadia Imrith: All the patients that come in here love the services that they provide, and we do try to give that wonderful patient care and one-on-one with all our of patients. Patient 1: They are very family-oriented, and that's why I've been here this long. Nadia Imrith: It's definitely a family atmosphere, from the staff and from patients. We have patients that's been coming here for years, and they're younger generations, so it's definitely a growing practice with all those. Artemisia Bass: I think they both are amazing providers at what they do. Christiana Purvis: Both doctors exhibit amazing bedside manner. Patient 2: It's very patient-oriented. Everybody is very kind, very unpretentious. Artemisia Bass: They're both great human beings. Dr. Trotter: We try to offer a five-star experience for the patients. From the moment you make that first phone call, my staff will make you feel at home. Patient 2: His staff is really professional, also very reassuring, very gentle. Patient 3: I can't say enough good things about the staff. Patient 1: They are very professional, very polite, very courteous. Dr. Trotter: I hear, all the time, how amazing my support team is and how great my hygienist is and how great my front desk is, and that's really the best compliment that they can give me because I'm not doing this by myself. I'm really doing this with my team. Patient 4: They take pride in what they do, and they care about their patients. Patient 3: They're just, it's a wonderful office. Dr. Trotter: When somebody comes to me, or they write me a note, or they send an email or a card to the office thanking me and my team for what we've been able to do for them, it's the best feeling that I could have.
