Dr. Trotter: My name's Dr. Kevin Trotter. I'm one of the dentists here at Dentistry at The Heights. I've been here for 20 years. I'm a second-generation dentist. My father was a dentist, so we worked together for about 10 years, and then I purchased the practice from him about 10 years ago. I think from the moment you call the office, you're going to notice a difference with our team and how they answer the phones. And everybody's really caring and wants to get to know you as an individual. We like to have people come in first to meet the doctor before we actually begin any treatment at all, even x-rays, so that we get a feel for what's going to make you happy and how we can help you, especially if you're anxious, we offer a lot of different types of things that can ease that. For some people, it's just a matter of getting to know the dentist a little bit, and knowing that we care. Iris: Dr. Trotter's demeanor and obvious level of sincerity and caring about his patients immediately puts me at ease. Scott: You know, I chose Dentistry at The Heights not only for its reputation but also the first arriving to Dentistry at The Heights, everyone's super professional, the office is always clean, and you can tell that they actually care about what your longer term treatment and what your options are. And so I've been very happy with them. Dr. Trotter: I think our team makes the biggest difference. We only hire people that have the same values as we have, and who we feel like will treat patients the way that we would want to be treated. While we do work with all sorts of people from all different walks of life, and all different insurance companies, and all of that stuff, our bottom line focus is how can we make the experience best for you. And I think that you'll feel that from the moment you make your first phone call, that we care and that our number one priority is making sure you have the best experience possible. Debbie: What I would say, you know, just in visiting the office, and what I'd say to them is just to keep doing what you're doing. Mitch: I've been to other dentists during the course of my life, and I never had a dentist that really seemed to care about me and my family the way Dr. Trotter does. And I think that's really critical in selecting the right person for you.
