Well, my name is Ronnie Sujafi [SP]. I've been coming to this practice for over 30 years. When I moved to Brooklyn, I started with Dr. Nathan Trotter, and then when he left the business, I moved to his son, Dr. Kevin Trotter. I've had, unfortunately for me, I've had to have a lot of dental work, but I've been very satisfied with the treatment here. Most recently, this last year, I've had major implant work on my upper teeth. I was not happy with the appearance of my upper teeth, though that was not the major reason I had the work done. I was ... I'm an older person, as you can see, and I've had a lot of bone loss, so I had a lot of protuberance of my upper teeth and I was a little self-conscious about it, but I did the procedure to save my bone, really. But the secondary benefit was that I think my appearance is better. The office staff, I can't say enough good things about the staff, how helpful they are. And there has not been one that I have not liked, and they've just ... It's a wonderful office.
