Dental Hygiene Exam Patient Testimonial

My first visit was many years ago here to the Dentistry at The Heights. What made me comfortable is just the way the environment was. What impressed me most about the office and Dr. Trotter was the level of authenticity that was here. It wasn't like people were trying to scam or trying to make a profit or give you business or tell you things that you'd need that you didn't really need. There was an authenticity and an honesty, you know, a level of integrity, honesty, and authenticity. But what, in my mind, makes this office unique has to do with a lot of the technology, and the fact that this is more like a place that's always improving. Even though I've been coming here a long time, there's been new innovations. They're more new innovations here, over the past, what, 40 years or whatever, than, you know, there's in a lot of other places. So they're always improving. And you know that when you come, you're going to get the most up-to-dated treatment, the most updated information, the most updated equipment is going to be used. It's always the new things, and they're always learning, okay. And also the other piece too, is that the different hygienists here, they're experts at what they do. What I would say, you know, just in visiting the office and what I'd say to them is just to keep doing what you're doing, you know, and stay gold. That's what I would say to them. Stay gold, keep shining. You know, keep doing what you're doing and even remembering always that if you cease getting better, you stop being good. So just keep getting better.
